1715 - Sep 10 - Jams Bryant to Wm Brasswell Acknowledgemt of a Patent for 640 Acres of Land on ye No Side Catawatskee Meadows. Know all men by these presents yt I Jams Bryant & Sarah my wife Do Assign over our whole Right title & Interest of this within written Patent to Wm Braswell he his Heirs or Assigns for ever as witness our hands ys 23d day of June 1715.

Know all men by these presents yt I Sarah Bryant do Constitute & Appoint my trusty & well beloved friend Jno Dew for me & in my behalf to Relinquish Dowry of 640 Acres of Land to Wm Brasswell & 150 acres of Land to Valentine Brasswell in as firm & absolute manner as if I My Self were in person prsent as Witness my hand this 22d day of June 1715.
