William Bowen

Wm. Bowen was born Mar. 22, 1806, married Aug. 6, 1836, and was a member of the church more than 60 years. He was much of his life a class-leader or steward. Of late he could not see to read but took great delight in having others read to him from the Bible and from the Advocate. In his last sickness he rejoiced greatly in the Lord. He died in great peace near Dunkirk, Ind., Apr. 20, 1885. He leaves six children and two sisters.
