    Children of Josiah Bond and Elizabeth Fuller: "Henry. b. in Sutton, Feb. 4, 1741; was an early settler of Royalston, Mass.; was a selectman and a member of the Provincial Congress in 1775. About 1785, he moved to Grafton, Vt., where he was selectman, town clerk, and justice. From Grafton, he moved to Shrewsbury, Vt., and in 1816, to Le Roy, Genesee Co., N.Y., where he d. 1828, aged 87."

    Henry Bond a resident of Royalston, who served in Lieut. Jonathan Sibliy's company, Col. Sparhawk's regiment for 10 days in August 1777 at Bennington. This makes Sergt Henry Bond a Revolutionary War veteran and was how Helen Bulkley Wood was accepted into the DAR.
