From Baltimore: Biography, edited by Clayton Colman Hall [James Berry's] son William also represented Calvert county in the Maryland Assembly and was a gentleman justice of that county in 1682 he gave twenty acres of land on Battle Creek upon which to erect a town called Battle Town. From Colonial And Revolutionary Families Of Pennsylvania, by John W. Jordan: [Richard Preston] brought with him form Virginia, his wife Margaret and five children, Richard, who settled in Dorchester county, which he represented in the Assembly at the time of his death in 1669; James, of whom little is known; Naomi, married William Berry; member of assembly and Justice of Kent county, Delaware, 1684-89; Margaret, who also is supposed to have died young.(...)
