8 April 1966 obituary, Chattanooga Times: "Anthony-William A., 8 7 of 1607 Bailey Ave., died Thursday in a local hospital. Mr. An thony was a member of St. Andrew's Methodist Church and the Mosley-Wesleyan Sunday School Class and an honorary steward of the church. He was a retired foreman for Combustion Engineering Co. Mr. Anthony is survived by his wife, Mrs.. Hattie Anthony, Chattanooga; one son, Marvin L. Anthony, Highland Park, Ill. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the West Chapel of the Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. Ernest D. Cushman Jr.. and the Rev. Lon Harmon officiating. Interment will be in Garrett Cemetery. The body is at the Chattanooga Funeral Home, West Chapel.19 June 1938 residing in Chattanooga
