27 Apr 1880, Willet M Slocum, single male aged 65, died of heart disease in Fall River, Massachusetts. He was a "trader," born in Rhode Island to Charles and Mary, who were also born in Rhode Island.
Note: Willet Slocum married in 1876, so his status as a single man in this record is either an error or indicates that his second marriage to Emeline (Emily) (Allen) Wachtel ended in divorce prior to his death in 1880.
