"WILLIAM" was the first of his siblings to migrate to the US. Being the eldest, he was least likely to inherit the family farm.

He lived in Cincinnati for a few years, where he met and married his spouse. She was also a former citizen of the Kingdom of Hannover.

William and his wife, donated the land adjacent to their farm, for the White Creek Methodist Church.

Three of the four older siblings of William, had properties that touched each other, just east of Waymansville, Indiana. All three were members of the White Creek Methodist Church. It has been assumed that these 3 were very close.

The second sibling of William (Johann Friedrick), remained a Lutheran, and was also (as was his sister, Marie Wilhelmina) a member of nearby St. John's Lutheran Church, at White Creek. They both died within a few years of migrating to the "White Creek".

In 2004, Donna (Behrman) Watkins, provided this compiler with 6 pages of names of descendants of William, mostly of the line descended from the second marriage of his daughter Mary to Henry Gerhart BEHRMAN. In this line are the familiar White Creek surnames of: Behrman, Speaker, Wonning, Kerkhof, Von Fange, Woehrman, Schmidt, Langebrake, Nentrup, Horman, Newkirk, Otte, Reiker, Scheidt, and others.
