Wilfrid and several others owned a dairy in the Ingersoll/ Woodstock area. As a group, they bought a cottage at Southampton. He was killed in an accident while driving in one of the dairy trucks. The dairy was eventually sold, but an interest in the cottage was kept till the mid -seventies.
