Wayne McDole PORT ORANGE - Wayne Robert McDole, 84, of North Lakewood Terrace, a chief engineer with CBS Records and Tape Division, Connecticut, died Wednesday at Hospice Care Center.

Mr. McDole was born in Newton, N.J., and moved to this area in 1999 from Homosassa. He enjoyed boating, fishing, tennis and designing and building houses.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Betty; two sons, Gregory, Ponce Inlet, and W. Robert Jr., St. Petersburg; a daughter, Betsy Warhurst, Abingdon, Va.; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129. Alavon Direct Cremation, South Daytona, is in charge.
