Carpenter of the First Methodist Episcopal church read the marriage service yesterday at two o’clock for Miss Louise Frances Calkins of Sunnyvale and Walter Henry Weseman of Soquel. The ceremony was performed at the home of the groom’s father Henry Weseman before relatives of the couple. The bride wore a red tweed travelling suit and carried a bouquet of roses. She was attended by the groom’s sister, Miss Florence W. Weseman who also wore a red suit. The best man was Fred H. Schlicting, brother-in-law of the groom.
