RESIDENCE: Lived on the family plantation near Keyes Ferry (Millville), WV, later near Charles Town. On the Frederick County, VA rent rolls for 1759-1764 and the Berkeley County, VA rent rolls for 1772-1777.

MILITARY SERVICE: Served in Rutherford's command as ranger in French and Indian War 1758-1759.
