Date 13 March 1700[/01]. Walter Moyle of Bake, co. Cornwall, Esq. describes a marriage settlement dated 1 May 1700 between him, his father, and other parties. He bequeathed to his wife Henrietta Davie (appearing in the probate record as “Henrietta Maria Moyle Relicta”) and sons John and Walter with provision made for any future children. He also bequeathed to his brother Joseph Moyle Esq., nephew Francis Gregor, and others. Exors. brother Joseph Moyle, Edmond Pridcanx, Edward Bennett, Francis Gregor, and John Trehanke. Wits.
