    'Walter Hawkesworth, died before his father, mar. Ann, dau. of John Wentworth, of Elmsall.'

    Goes on to say that his will was dated 26 Feb. 1547 and proved 18 Jun 1548, but that must be the will of his grandson Walter, who died in battle 10 Sep 1547.
