Wallace Warner The Hamilton Journal, Hamilton, Ohio October 29, 1964 Entered Into Eternal Rest Wednesday, October 28, 1964

   Wallace G. Warner, 64, 1147 Azel Ave., died at 1:30 p. m. Wednesday in Mercy Hospital.
   Released from the hospital Saturday after an eight-day stay for a heart condition, Mr. Warner was stricken Wednesday noon with an apparent heart attack and was taken to the hospital by the fire department life squad.
   Mr. Warner retired from Champion papers Inc. after 35 years of service.  His passing, however comes as a shock to his relatives and many friends.
   He was born in Bath County, Kentucky, July 5, 1900, a son of Jonas and Hester J. Highley Warner and educated in the schools of Bath County. He came to Hamilton 40 years ago.  In 1923 he married Elva Burkhardt in Covington, Kentucky.
   A devoted family man of friendly disposition, he was also an avid fisherman and hunter.
   He leaves his wife, Mrs. Elva Warner; a son, Donald Warner, both of Hamilton; five daughters, Mrs. Carter (Helen) Morgan, Mrs. Kenneth (Jane) Pennington, Both of Hamilton, Miss Phyllis Warner, San Francisco, California; Mrs. Nell (Joan) Pennington, and Mrs. Marion (Carol) Giani, both of Leesburg, Florida; 13 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Fred Reynolds and Mrs. Betty Wilson, both of Owingsville, Kentucky; other relatives, and many friends.
   Mr. Warner was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, two brothers, and a grand-daughter, Diana Lynn Morgan.
   Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a. m. Saturday in the Ross Ave. Church of Goad by its pastor, the Rev. Lowell Hunt.  Burial will be in the Somerville Cemetery.
   Friends may call at the Webb Funeral Home, Ross Ave. and S. D Street, Friday between 4 and 6 p. m. and 7 and 9 p. m.
