Wade E. Dressler WADSWORTH - Wade E. Dressler, 79, died June 28, 1991 at Barberton Citizens Hospital after a brief illness. Mr. Dressler was born in Wadsworth where he was a life long resident and a U.S. Army Veteran serving in World War II. He was employed in the Parts Department at A. Merry Olds for several years retiring in 1986 and was previously employed at Rupp Brothers Pontiac. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, V.F.W. Post 1089 and American Legion Post 170. Mr. Dressler enjoyed golf and bowling. He was preceded in death by brother, Charles and is survived by wife, Dorothy B. (nee Link); daughters Cherie (Mrs. Larry) Keiger and Rachel Dressler, both of Wadsworth; grandchildren, Ryan, Daniel and David keiger; brothers, Donald, Wilson and Howard; sisters, Marian Yoder and Helen Carvelli, all of Wadsworth. The family will receive friends, Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Hilliard-Cox-Mullaney Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth. Services will be held Tuesday, 10 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, 146 High St., Wadsworth. Rev. Joseph F. Ertl officiating. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Contributions may be made to the Grace Lutheran Church Memorial Fund or American Heart Association.
