LESTIKOW -- Vivian N. Lestikow, 73, Davis, died at 3:30 a.m. Friday, April 17, 1981, in the home of her daughter, Mrs. David Cox, in Roscoe, after a long illness. Born Sept. 17, 1907, in Orangeville, daughter of William Wallace and Arvilla Wise (Wallace) Krumine. Lived all her life in the Davis Area. Married to Leland Lestikow in Rock City, March 14, 1935. Before 1935, she was employed by the Rawieigh Co., Freeport, and later by Micro Switch Division of Honeywell Inc., Freeport, for five years, retiring in 1969. Former member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Rebekah Lodge.
Survivors include her husband, Leland, Davis; a son, Ronald, Baraboo, Wis.; a daughter, Karen Cox, Roscoe; two granddaughters, Dawn and Tana Riemer, Roscoe, and three grandsons, Dennis Riemer, Roscoe, and Joshua and Lucus Lestikow, Baraboo; a sister Mrs. Elmer Wilson, Rock City; and four nephews. Predeceased by her parents, stepfather, a sister, and a granddaughter.
Services at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 20, in Calvary United Methodist Church, Davis, with the Rev. Robert Webb, pastor and Rev. William Cull, pastor of Christ United Methodist Church, Rockford, officiating. Burial in Davis Cemetery. Arrangements by McCorkle Funeral Home, Durand. Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. to service time Monday at the church. Memorials have been established in her name at Calvary United Methodist Church, Davis.
