Lucius B. Donkle, Jr. visited her in June 1999 and June 2001. She is my 3 rd cousin. Stephen White, who fought in the American Revolution, is our great great grandfather. She sent a very interesting packet of information about the White family history in England, when she was visiting her sister, Grace A. Jones, in California.

She was at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. Her husband, John, was on a destroyer that escaped from the harbor. He retired as a Lt. JG after serving 21 years in the Navy.
