  14. "Viola Niswender Morrison, 78, formerly of 142 E. Jones St., Fostoria,died at 10:50 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, 1999, in St. Catherine's CareCenter, 25 Christopher Drive, Fostoria, where she resided.
    She was born Feb. 23, 1920, in Fostoria, to William and Mabel(Zimmerman) Niswender. On Oct. 7, 1953, in Carey, she married ClarenceBoy Morrison, who died in 1970.
    A cousin, Rebecca A. Stoepfel, survives.
    Mrs. Morrison, a World War II U.S. Navy veteran, was employed as a clerkfor the City of Fostoria Water Office for 25 years, retiring in 1972.
    Services in the Mann-Hare Funeral Home, Fostoria Chapel, will be 11 a.m.Tuesday, with the Rev. Charles Jarvis officiating. Interment will be inFountain Cemetery, Fostoria, where military graveside rites will beconducted by the United Veterans of Fostoria.
    Visitation at the funeral home will be 5-8 p.m. Monday and one hourprior to the service on Tuesday.
    Memorials may be made to the Fostoria High School Music Department, St.Wendelin High School or Kaubish Library Children's Department."
