AJC 3 Jun 1986, 10D “Mrs. Viola E. Waters Mrs. Viola Echols Waters of Riverdale, a homemaker, died Monday at Clayton General Hospital. Mrs. Waters, who had a heart condition and high blood pressure, was 63. The graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Surviving are a son, two daughters, three brothers, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.”
