VICTORIA STAUB New Republic, January 6, 1994 

   Victoria Helen (Testa) Stuab (sic)*, 71, of Route 1 Grantsville, Md., died on Wednesday, Dec. 29, 1993 at Cumberland (Md.) Memorial Hospital. She was born on Feb. 17, 1922 at Shaw Mines, Meyersdale, a daughter of the late Luigi and Lavorina (Camilla) Testa.  Mrs. Staub was a member of Sts. Philip and James Catholic Church, Meyersdale.  She was a homemaker.
