In the 1920 US Census for Latah Idaho there is a daughter in law named Kathryn who is widowed. Since he does appear on that Census there is a chance that he died and she is his wife. Same can be true of Edward.
The BYU Idaho website abish.byui.edu/ is where the death information came from-also the day of his birth and his middle name. I did not source this info as it is not a document. I will add Kathryn as Victor's wife since he died 1 1/2 years before the 1920 Census which showed Kathryn as a widow.
