    On 1 April 2007, peacefully after a long illness, at Gisborne. Loved father of James, Jonathon, Margaret and Rawhiti, father-in-law of Gill, Joe, and Carol. Loved grandfather and greatgrandfather of all his grandchildren, and loved brother of Daphne, Hilary, and the late Peggy and Ray. Loved uncle of his nieces and nephews. Aged 82 years. His funeral service will be held at Hauiti Marae, Tolaga Bay at 11am on Wednesday, 4 April, followed by interment at Tolaga Bay Public Cemetery.
