    Valentine Crawford was born about 1672 in Delaware. He married Honoria Grimes in 1716 in Virginia. She was born between 1683 and 1699 in New Jersey. (William Valentine Crawford paid ship's passage for his half-brother, Richard Stephenson, who
    was thereby indentured to him for seven years.) After Valentine Crawford's death in 1726 in Westmoreland County, Virginia, Honoria moved to Frederick County, Virginia. She died in 1776 or 77 in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.
