- ↑ No record of Ursule's death has been located. She is listed among those who debarked the ship La Bergere in New Orleans and settled in the Valenzuela area. In the census of 1788 her son Simon and her step-granddaughter Magdelaine are enumerated, but Ursule is not found and presumed dead. Many of the passengers of the ship were ill, there were also smallpox epidemics in 1786 and 1787.
