Daniel Shoemaker: moved from Loudoun Co before 1805; bought tract of land "Navarre" on Cove Creek at Friends Cove, Colerain Twp, PA; by 1808 he was of Somerset Co, PA where he died after 1823 in Quemahoning Twp; his widow was Catherine & children were Jacob, Simon, Adam, Daniel Jr, and at least 2 daughters, the wives of George Right & John Sandbower
