Joanna Smalbroke was the widow of Richard Smalbroke, who died 1576. She survived until 1585. The property devised to Charitable uses by Wrixham was in Spicer Street, abutting into the Churchyard and near the Priests Chambers, and had been purchased by him from Thomas Smalbroke, the mercer, and Ambrose Rotton.
