Indenture 1 Oct 1772 between Abraham Gingery, David Gingery both of Warwick Township and sons of Ulrich Gingery, dec'd, Michael Shanck and Barbarah is wife daughter of Ulrich Gingery, Hannes Shank and Fronica his wife daughter of Ulrich Gingery, Henry Nissley and Elizabeth his wife daughter of Ulrich Gingery, Anna Gingery daughter of Ulrich Gingery, George Walbeck and Maria his wife, daughter of Ulrich Gingery and Jacob Gingery of Warwick Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania another son of Ulrich Gingery
Whereas Ulrich Gingery in his lifetime was seized of land in Warwick Township, Lancaster county containing 275 acres by Patent bearing date 29 March 1749 recorded in Patent Book A, vol 14, p. 194 died with will and testament which devised said tract of land to said Jacob Gingery [description of land, including neighbors James Logen, Jacob Lighter ]
Now this Indenture witnesseth that Abraham Gingery, David Gingery, Michael and Barbara Shanck, Hannes and Fronicka Shank, Henry and Elizabeth Nissley, Anna Ginery, George and Maria Walbeck who were paid 700 pounds by Jacob Gingery hereby acknowledge, alien and release and confirm unto Jacog Gingery all this and any title claim, demand to Jacob Gingery
