    "Hannah5 (Winslow) … married in Goshen, Ct., 1780 Timothy Tuttle, b. 12 June 175_, at G, s. of Timothy and Hannah (Waddams). Of G. He died 14 June 1814, at. W., and was buried there. As early as his age permitted, he entered the Revolutionary army, in which he served five years, being engaged in many memorable battles, such as Cowpens; was in camp at Valley Forge, at tho time of great suffering. They removed, in 1787, to Williston, Vt., then called 'Green Mountain Territory,' and there spent the remainder of their lives. He was a farmer."
