- ↑ Source:Ridlon, Gideon T. Saco Valley Settlements and Families (1894), p. 817, says Timothy, s/o Samuel Larrabee and Sarah Breed, "resided several years in Lunenburg". This isn't much to go on.
A Timothy and Mary have a daughter Mary in 1748 and Abigail in 1755. This is probably the Timothy and Mary Fletcher that married in Concord in 1744 (this is the only Larrabee record anywhere in the Concord records). Source:Holmes, Clayton Wood. Genealogy of the Lineal Descendants of William Wood Who Settled in Concord, Mass. in 1638, p. 16, identifies Mary Fletcher as d/o Hezekiah Fletcher, b. Concord 1708. However, as Abigail b. 1755 would be age 47, this seems unlikely, and if this is the Timothy s/o Samuel, it would be way too old for him. So it is assumed to be him, and a different Mary Fletcher (perhaps d/o Samuel b. 1724).
In Rutland, MA, a Timothy and Mary have a son Samuel in 1759, and a son Timothy in 1763. A Mary Larrabee, presumably the daughter b. 1748, married there in 1770?
