Tijera Ann "T.J." Waggoner
59, of North Vernon, Indiana, passed away on Friday, October 12, 2012 at her residence.
Mrs. Waggoner was born on August 1, 1953, in New Castle, Indiana the daughter of Richard Earl and Peggy Sue Miles Laughner. She married Charles Robert "Chuck" Waggoner on April 28, 1974 in Martinsville, Indiana. He survives.
Mrs. Waggoner was previously the director for a site of Human Services Inc. in Columbus, Indiana and had previously worked for Head Start in both Greensburg and Brown County, Indiana. She was a 1971 graduate of Greenwood High School in Greenwood, Indiana; she received her Bachelor's Degree in elementary education in 1976 and her Master's Degree in 1979. She was a member of Kappa Delta in Bloomington, Indiana and First Baptist Church in North Vernon, Indiana. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Charles "Chuck" Waggoner of North Vernon, Indiana; one son, Bradley (Lindsey) Waggoner of Fort Bliss, Texas; three daughters, Tica (Ty) Rogers of Kokomo, Indiana, Amy Elizabeth Waggoner of Indianapolis, Indiana and Caris Waggoner of North Vernon, Indiana and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Robbie and Rick Laughner and a sister, Alice Perrine.
