WRIGHT, THOMAS L., Sr. Lansing

Age 71, died Thurs., Sept. 30, 1983 at a local hospital. He was a resident of Lansing most of his life. Mr. Wright was a member of the Resurrection, Eagles Lodge Aerie 1039, Quarter Club of Oldsmobile and UAW Local 652. He was employed by Oldsmobile Division for 38 years until his retirement in 1972. Surviving are his wife, Ruth; 3 sons, Thomas Wright, Jr., Neal Wright and Richard Richey; 2 daughters, Mrs. Marietta Harper and Ellen Foote; 19 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Mrs. Mildred McKim; 2 brothers, Gordon Wright and Stanley Wright. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated Mon. at 10:00 a.m. at Church of the Resurrection with Rev. Fr. Francis Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sat. & Sun. 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Palmer Bush Funeral Home where the Rosary will be recited Sun. evening at 8 p.m. Contributions may be made to the Cardiac Care Unit at Ingham Medical Hospital.
