    Wife Abigail to bring up 5 youngest children.
    Sons: Thomas, residual legatee and Exor, Job, Ishmail, Nathan, Isaah, Elija and Noah, last 4 called 4 youngest sons and all 4 under age 21, Noah called youngest son.
    Daughters: Sarah Draper and Abigail Willcox; mention of Abigail's guardian.
    Land & house testator bought of Peter Boss.
    Witnesses: Job Tripp, Robert Willcox, Hopson Willcox and John Cottrell.

    Thomas Willcox Exor of Will of Thomas Willcox late of Exeter deceased appeared in Council and refused to accept the land & moveable estate given to him in the will of his honoured father Thomas Willcox upon the terms therein mentioned. And Job Willcox brother to the said Thomas appeard in TC & accepted & took it upon him to perform that part of the said will as the said Thomas Willcox was obliged to do provided he had accepted of what was given him by and in said will.
    Inventory of Estate of Thomas Willcox approved.
    Thomas Willcox Exor of Will of his father Thomas Willcox swore that he had shown to Benjamin Baker & Eber Sherman all the personal estate that did belong to the said Thomas Willcox deceased.

    18 Feb 1760 Thomas Wilcox was buried after a few days sickness three brothers in eight days.
