Page 207 (Vol. X) 3 December, 1728: Upon the motion of Samuel Waters, son of Thomas Waters, this Court order the Clerk to issue a citation that Joseph Waters, Adms., appear before the Court to render an account of his Adms. in order for distribution thereof.

Page 41 (Vol. XI) 22 March, 1731: Joseph Waters, Adms., appeared in Court and exhibited an account of his Adms., and some of the heirs appeared and objected against his account, he not having produced receipts, with other reasonable objections. Case continued until 1st Tuesday of April next."
