    THOMAS Wakely, Hingham, Cape Ann, Falmouth. Freed from training at Cape Ann because of lameness in 1651, 10 yrs. later he, two sons and s.-in-law Coe bot 200 a. at Back Cove, Falm., from Richard Tucker and mov. there. Fined for non-appear. at ct. in July 1665; wit. Thomas Skillings’ will in 1666. He and his w. were k. at Falm. in 1675 when (3)’s fam. was almost wiped out. In 1688 his gr.s.-in-law Joseph Ingersoll (7) pet. Andros for confirmation of the Falm. land. Lists 25, 222c, 34. See also Y. D. 14: 210, 255.
