Tommie Tutin Mr. Tommie Tutin, affectionately called Uncle Tom, was born June 15, 1876. He lived in Bellevue with his niece, Margaret Billerman. He came to the Center October 10, 1973. Uncle Tom wasa a retired mail carrier. Dorothy Tieman was a devoted niece. Margaret and Dorothy gave uncle Ton constant attention during his three years residenct. August 8, 1977, Uncle Tom bid his earthly home adieu at the age of 101.
