[Alamance County_Feb 2006_backup.FTW] Daily Times-News, The Monday, November 02, 1959 (This is an OCR obituary archive that I have not yet edited) Thomas C. THOMPSON, 85, of 802 Harris Street, died in a Dur- ham hospital this morning at o'clock after two days of critical illness. Mr. THOMPSON was a native of Alamance County, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs.. Calvin Thomp- son. He was a retired employe of Duke Power Company. Surviving are one son. Julhis D. THOMPSON of the home: two sisters. Miss Effie THOMPSON ol Graham and Mrs.. Del Finia of High Falls: one brother. MINTER THOMPSON of Snow Camp: one grandchild and three great grand children. Final rites win be conducted Wednesday afternoon at o'clock at Lowe Funeral Home. Rev. J. V. Eellenberg, pastor of Harris Street Pentecostal Holiness Church, and W. G. Smith, pastor of Ireland Street Chapel, will cm- duct the service. Burial will be in Cane .Creek Friends Church cem- etery |
