Hello Darrell;

                    It never ceases to amaze me how small the world gets with the genealogy hobby. My name is Richard "Douglas" Thompson and I desend from Thomas Thompson and Mary Ann Henderson of Lewis co. KY.  Her father was Andrew Henderson.  My mother's name is Howe and she desends from John William Howe of Greenup Co. Ky, a neighbor to Robert Henderson.  I have a privatly published book on the Thompson family that states, "Andrew Henderson lived in Harford, MD and imigrated to Lewis co. KY in 1792, and on several record it states that he was a wagon master at Valley Forge with Washington".  I also have information from a look up source that Andrew Henderson was listed on a non published tax record on the Bush River Upper HuNdred in 1778.  I am sure we are talking about the same people.  Do you have any information on this MD connection?
