    11 Aug 1713: Inventory of Thomas Stebbins "who died June the 31st 1713" [sic]: £555-00-9. Judge allows Widow Sarah Stebbings £70 plus use of a third of the lands, residue at Widdows dispose until the children come of age.
    11 Mar 1723/24: Account of Joseph Stebbins allowed, Joseph Willistone and his wife Sarah being Present, making no objection.
    23 Apr 1728: Bond of Joseph Wilistone of Springfield as guardian of Thomas Stebbins a Minor and son of Thomas Stebbins late of Springfield.

  4.   Apparently the wording of the death record makes people believe Thomas did not marry, since he is called the son of his parents, instead of the husband of his wife? This results in a different Thomas paired with Sarah Strong who could not have married her because his first wife was still alive and actually survived him. It appears by proximity of birth, and remarriage of Sarah soon after this Thomas died, that this one is a better fit.
