  • Jan. 3, 1764- Thomas Ruckman witnessed a land transfer in Northampton Co. between Joseph and Mary Brown to James Baird-
  • Aug. 3, 1764 Thomas and Elizabeth Ruckman sold 223 and 3/4 acres to James Baird in Mt. Bethel Twp. (part of the 775 acres he purchased in 1757). One of the witnesses was Thomas Ruckman Jr.
  • June 9, 1777 Thomas Ruckman's land listed as bordering land sold to Conrad Erich in Mt. Bethel Twp. called "Hunters Settlement" on Bank of Delaware River.
  • 1780 a Thomas Ruckman of Mt. Bethel Twp., Northampton Co. PA registered 3 slaves
