- June 9, 1757 William Allen of Philadelphia granted 775 acres to Thomas Ruckman on West Branch of Delaware River in Northampton Co.
- Jan. 3, 1764- Thomas Ruckman witnessed a land transfer in Northampton Co. between Joseph and Mary Brown to James Baird-
- Aug. 3, 1764 Thomas and Elizabeth Ruckman sold 223 and 3/4 acres to James Baird in Mt. Bethel Twp. (part of the 775 acres he purchased in 1757). One of the witnesses was Thomas Ruckman Jr.
- June 9, 1777 Thomas Ruckman's land listed as bordering land sold to Conrad Erich in Mt. Bethel Twp. called "Hunters Settlement" on Bank of Delaware River.
- 1780 a Thomas Ruckman of Mt. Bethel Twp., Northampton Co. PA registered 3 slaves

- Page 410--29th June, 1762. Thomas Ruckman, eldest brother and heir-at-law of John Ruckman. late of Augusta County, deceased, of the County of Northampton, in Pennsylvania, to William Davies, of Philadelphia. £43.10, 280 acres on head of Buffalo Creek of James River. Proved by witnesses.
