The 1637 will of Honor Rockwell of Fitzhead, Somerset, England leaves legacies to six sons and daughters of her deceased son Richard Rockwell: Thomas, Joseph, Nathaniel, Samuel, Deborah, and Mary.
arriving 1635 to Dorchester were: John Rockwell, age 36 Wilmot Rockwell, age 37 Nathaniel Rockwell, age 14 Thomas Rockwell, age 12 Mary Rockwell, age 11 Symon Rockwell, age 4 Anna Rockwell, age 3
This is the family of known immigrants John and Wilmot Rockwell with their known children Mary, Anna/Hannah, and Simon, although the ages are not all accurate. Nathaniel and Thomas were likely the sons of Richard Rockwell, probably deceased by this time. Their baptismal records are not found in the Fitzhead parish records where the baptismal records of the children of John and Wilmot are found.
