1850 census Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana age 34 Carpenter

Left his birthplace in 1832, settling in Ohio, and shortly after to Indiana. In the fall of 1851 removed from Indianapolis to Oregon, Holt Co., Missouri, where he resided until 1855, when he removed to Brownsville, Nebraska. In the spring of 1864, removed to St. Joseph, Missour where he lived until his death and with his wife was buried there.
