Thomas Raisbeck deposed that he was a publican at Black Creek ; on the 5th July last a great number of people were assembled at witness's house, having come to see a fight that was to have come off between the prisoner and another man, not Sandy.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW SOUTH WALES

ECCLESISTICAL JURISDICTION.

In the Estate, Lands, Goods, Chattels, and Effects of THOMAS RAISBECK, late of Branxton, in the Colony of New South Wales, Freeholder Deceased, Intestate.

Pursuant to the Trust Property Act of 1862, the CREDITORS of the above-named THOMAS RAISBECK, deceased, intestate, are required to SEND IN FULL PARTICULARS of their respective DEBTS OR CLAIMS on or before the first day of August next to WILLIAM RAISBECK and HENRY RAISBECK, both of Branxton, Administrators of the said Thomas Raisbeck : or, in default thereof, the said Administrators will, after the said first day of August next, proceed to distribute the Assets in the said Estate which may then have come to their hands amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to those claims or debts of which the said Administrators shall have had due notice.
