    Will of "Thomas Perley of Boxford ... yeoman being weak of body", dated 29 Aug 1740, proved 17 Nov 1740, names wife Hannah ["her Mother Goodhue"]; son Amos Perley; daughter Lois Pike; daughter Abigail Morse; daughter Mary Batcheldor, daughter Sarah Putnam. Son Amos to be executor.
    17 Nov 1740: Assent of Hanah Perley to will of my late Husband Tho's Perley Deceased.
    19 Dec 1740: Inventory of Leiut. [sic] Thomas Perley late of Boxford deceased: not totaled, by Joseph Hale Jun'r, [Ambrose?] Hale, Tho's Redington.
    25 Oct 1742: Receipt of Asa Perley and Susannah Perley given to Mr Amos Perley executor of will of Mr. Thomas Perley late of Boxford deceased due to us from estate of our Honoured Father Samuel Low late of Chebacco deceased, of whose minor children Amos' father and mother Hannah were guardians, also our share from our uncle Joseph Cogswell deceased. Also from Samuel Low. and Ebenezer Fisk guardian for Nathaniel Low.
    14 Nov 1743: Receipt of Nathaniel Low to his guardian Mr Ebenezer ffisk for sum he received of my uncle Amos Perley executor of will of my former guardian Mr Thomas Perley.
