J SAYS 1871 CENSUS 2 YRS & HENRY 3 WKS. Liked pub & bought whisky for police to keep them sweet. Loved children. Didn't give wife much housekeeping despite being generous with others. Had lots of relatives in Peckingham St.Duckie Hackett?? Called Kicking Ted because he kicked his horse....had horse & trap. Sister had shop in Peckingham St.Mother had sausage shop in Spring Hill. Died in sleep....my mom couldn't wake him.I Used to buy fields of crops from farmer sell them on. Had greengrocers at side of house.Possibly also fishmonger.
