THIRDLY, I give and bequeath to my son George Newman, 200 acres of land lying in Hardin County where he now lives and $75 to be paid by Jacob and John -- Jacob to pay $50 and John $25 to make George's deficit in land equal to their own.
FOURTHLY, I give and bequeath to my two sons, Jacob and John, after my wife's death, the plantation whereon I now live to be equally divided between them with a line running across the creek, but should any of this tract of land be taken by a better claim then in that case both of them are to divide the loss equally.
FIFTHLY, I give and bequeath to my daughter, Nancy, $225.
