Rev. Thomas became the vicar of Boxted in 1573, and resigned in 1578. He stayed in Boxted until 1583, when he was inducted as rector at Hinderclay in Suffolk. From 1594 until his death, he was rector at Foxearth.

He had eight sons and a daughter Sara, named in his will. He married, second, Margaret Buppas, by whom he had Joseph, Jeremiah, James, Nathaniel, and Phillip. He also namd his brother Richard Mosse and his sister Margaret Morse.S1

    Named in the will of his probable grandfather Robert Morse on 5 Oct 1551. He made his own will on 10 Nov 1596, and died before his successor appeared in court documents on 10 Mar 1596/7.
