He was a shoemaker and cordwainer. He leaves wife Elizabeth/Betsey, age 36, b. KY, living in the h/h of Sarah (WICOFF) and Nehemiah SMITH in Franklin Twp, Marion Cty, IN. He also leaves eleven children living here: Alexander, Mary Margaret, Samuel, Sarah Isabelle, Elizabeth Jane, Dorcas, Martha, William Thomas, Eliza G., John James and Lucinda.
