Thomas Francis Loughner, 59, of Irwin, died Friday, Feb. 2, 2007, in UPMC Presbyterian, Oakland. He was born May 28, 1947, in Greensburg, a son of the late Thomas L. and Olga Hubis Loughner. Tom was employed by Unison Administrative Services LLC, Monroeville, and was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Jeannette. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Smail Loughner; four sons, Christopher Loughner and wife, Pegi, of Dormont, David Loughner and wife, Alicia, of McDonough, Ga., Matthew Loughner, of Irwin, and Timothy Loughner, of Greensburg; grandchildren, Michael, Joshua, Jessica, Nathan and Nicholas Loughner; a brother, Andrew L. Loughner and wife, Susan, of Greensburg; a sister, Kathryn A. Barnett and husband, Terry, of Kittanning; three aunts, Catherine Popiel, of Pittsburgh, Irene Hubis, of Colorado, and Virginia Hubis, of Florida; a niece, Julie Barnett; a nephew, Todd Barnett; and five cousins. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the JOHN V. GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME INC., 228 N. Second St., Jeannette. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Ascension Church with Father Leon Hont, O.S.B., as celebrant. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Hempfield Township
