He settled among the French Hegenots in Goochland Co. andManikintowne, since we find there his supposed children. Thereis no actual documentary evidence of his issue, no will - If hehad left one it would have been destroyed. All we have to go onis that a Thomas Lacy Jr. resided in Goochland Co., whom it isassumed was his son. He signed a deed in 1763 which indicatesthat he had some schooling, which was quite an asset in histime. His residence between 1751-1758 was Chesterfield Co.
