Will of Thomas Kerby
- Page 189. will of Thomas Kirby of new Poquoson, York Co, Virginia. 8 March 1665.
- To my son Robert, my whole seat of land. If he dies under age without heirs, and his mother, my wife Mary, survives him, then it goes to her. Also Robert, my negro man George, 6 cows, 3 bull calves, 4 steers, one mare with foal, bed with furniture, 2 iron potts, 1 pestell, 3 pewter dishes, 1 axe, 2 hoes, and 1 new saddle and bridle. Wife to be executrix. Wit: Henry Freeman, William Merry, Robert Shelston, Recorded 24 June 1668.
